Welcome to HomeSavvy. By accessing or using the HomeSavvy website, partner resources, printed materials, manuals, or related services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.


1. GENERAL INFORMATION

HomeSavvy provides homeowner information, organizational tools, maintenance guidance, educational content, partner recommendations, and printed materials intended for general informational purposes only.

HomeSavvy does not provide:

  • licensed contracting services;
  • engineering services;
  • legal advice;
  • inspection services;
  • insurance advice;
  • financial advice;
  • professional repair services.

All information provided through HomeSavvy is intended as general homeowner guidance only.


2. HOMEOWNER DISCLAIMER

Homes, systems, materials, climates, maintenance needs, and repair conditions vary significantly.

Any maintenance schedules, recommendations, timelines, checklists, or guidance provided by HomeSavvy may not apply to every home or situation.

Homeowners are responsible for independently evaluating:

  • contractors;
  • repair decisions;
  • maintenance needs;
  • safety concerns;
  • professional services.

If you are unsure about a repair, emergency, safety issue, or home system concern, contact a qualified licensed professional.


3. FEATURED & PREFERRED PARTNERS

HomeSavvy may feature, recommend, or highlight local service providers (“Partners”) within its manuals, website, partner resources, or marketing materials.

These Partners are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of HomeSavvyHQ LLC.

HomeSavvy does not guarantee:

  • workmanship;
  • service quality;
  • response times;
  • contractor licensing status;
  • insurance coverage;
  • pricing;
  • customer satisfaction;
  • repair outcomes;
  • availability;
  • project results.

Homeowners are solely responsible for independently evaluating and selecting service providers.


4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

HomeSavvy does not guarantee:

  • prevention of home issues;
  • maintenance outcomes;
  • contractor performance;
  • repair success;
  • home value preservation;
  • savings;
  • lead generation;
  • marketing performance;
  • return on investment.

Use of HomeSavvy materials and services is at the user’s own discretion and risk.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Ownership

All HomeSavvy branding, manuals, layouts, graphics, website content, designs, logos, workflows, content selection methodologies, and related intellectual property are owned by HomeSavvyHQ LLC unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Exclusive Production

All HomeSavvy printed materials, including the HomeSavvy Home Manual, are produced exclusively by HomeSavvyHQ LLC. No third party, including Partners, is authorized to print, reproduce, copy, scan, or otherwise duplicate HomeSavvy materials in any format without prior written permission from HomeSavvyHQ LLC.

5.3 Restrictions on Use

No portion of HomeSavvy materials may be:

  • copied;
  • modified;
  • redistributed;
  • republished;
  • reproduced;
  • printed;
  • scanned;
  • resold;
  • recreated;

without prior written permission from HomeSavvyHQ LLC.

5.4 No Misappropriation

Users may not, directly or indirectly: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source, structure, or methodology of any HomeSavvy materials; (b) create derivative works based on HomeSavvy materials; (c) develop or attempt to develop any product, service, or material that is substantially similar to or competes with HomeSavvy materials based on access to or knowledge of HomeSavvy intellectual property; or (d) file any application for trademark, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property right that includes, is confusingly similar to, or is based on any HomeSavvy intellectual property.

5.5 Trade Secrets

Certain HomeSavvy materials (including without limitation the structure and methodology of the HomeSavvy Home Manual, partner program structure, pricing methodology, and content selection methodology) constitute trade secrets under the Colorado Uniform Trade Secrets Act and the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act. HomeSavvy takes reasonable measures to maintain the secrecy of this information.

5.6 Equitable Relief

Users acknowledge that HomeSavvy’s intellectual property is unique and valuable, and that any unauthorized use, reproduction, or misappropriation will cause irreparable harm to HomeSavvy for which monetary damages would be inadequate. HomeSavvy shall be entitled to seek injunctive and other equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

5.7 Enforcement

Unauthorized use of HomeSavvy materials may result in termination of access, civil liability, and any additional legal remedies available to HomeSavvy.


6. PRIVACY POLICY

6.1 Information We Collect

HomeSavvy may collect the following categories of personal information, as defined under applicable state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA):

Identifiers: name, email address, mailing address, phone number.

Commercial Information: products or services considered or purchased, subscription tier, communication history.

Internet or Network Activity: device information (IP address, browser type) and information collected through strictly necessary cookies. HomeSavvy does not currently collect website analytics data through third-party analytics services.

Sources of Information:

  • Directly from you (when you complete forms, sign up, or communicate with us);
  • Automatically through website analytics tools and cookies;
  • From service providers assisting with our operations (e.g., payment processors).

Business and Commercial Purposes:

  • Operating and improving the HomeSavvy platform and services;
  • Communicating with users and Partners;
  • Processing payments;
  • Providing customer support;
  • Analyzing usage trends;
  • Complying with legal obligations.

HomeSavvy does not collect “sensitive personal information” as defined under CCPA/CPRA.

6.2 How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • Operate the HomeSavvy platform and provide our services;
  • Communicate with users and Partners;
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • Improve website functionality and user experience;
  • Analyze usage trends and website performance;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
  • Prevent fraud and protect the security of our platform.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The HomeSavvy website currently uses only strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the website to function properly. HomeSavvy does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or similar tracking technologies, and does not currently use third-party analytics services.

If HomeSavvy begins using analytics, functional, performance, or advertising cookies in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those technologies and their purposes before or at the time they are implemented.

Users may control cookies through their browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website. Where required by law, HomeSavvy will obtain user consent before setting non-essential cookies.

HomeSavvy does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, but honors valid opt-out signals under applicable state privacy laws (such as the Global Privacy Control) where required.re required.

6.3 Information Sharing

HomeSavvy does not sell personal information.

Information may be shared with:

  • service providers assisting with platform operations;
  • payment processors;
  • legal authorities where required by law.

6.4 Data Security

HomeSavvy takes reasonable measures to protect user information, including:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for data transmitted between users and the HomeSavvy website;
  • Access controls limiting access to personal information to authorized personnel with a business need;
  • Use of third-party payment processors that maintain PCI DSS compliance; HomeSavvy does not store full payment card numbers or bank account credentials on its own systems;
  • Periodic review of vendor and service provider security practices.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. HomeSavvy cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic systems or data transmission.

6.5 Data Retention

HomeSavvy retains personal information for as long as necessary to provide its services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements.

6.6 Your Rights

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by emailing support@homesavvyhq.com. HomeSavvy will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

6.7 Children’s Privacy

The HomeSavvy website and services are intended for users eighteen (18) years of age and older. HomeSavvy does not knowingly collect personal information from any individual under the age of eighteen (18). If HomeSavvy becomes aware that it has collected personal information from an individual under eighteen (18), HomeSavvy will delete that information promptly. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeSavvyHQ LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Financial loss
  • Contractor disputes
  • Repair outcomes
  • Homeowner decisions
  • Service provider actions or omissions
  • Inaccurate third-party information
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the HomeSavvy platform, manuals, or related materials

HomeSavvy’s total aggregate liability to any non-Partner user, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100). For Partners, liability is governed by the Partner Agreement.

By accessing or using the HomeSavvy website, submitting information through any HomeSavvy form, or receiving HomeSavvy printed materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, including this Limitation of Liability. If you do not agree, do not use the HomeSavvy website or materials.


8. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Partner logos, advertisements, contact information, service descriptions, and marketing materials are provided by third parties and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication.

HomeSavvy does not independently verify all third-party claims and is not responsible for inaccurate or outdated information supplied by third parties.


9. MODIFICATIONS

HomeSavvy reserves the right to modify these Terms, Policies, and Disclaimers at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by direct notice to registered users.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.


10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith written communication between the parties for at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may pursue resolution in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, HomeSavvy may seek injunctive or other equitable relief under Section 5.6 in any court of competent jurisdiction.


11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Policies shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
