Spring
- Clean gutters and downspouts
- Inspect roof from the ground for damage
- Check irrigation systems and look for leaks
- Test exterior hose connections and spigots
- Clean outdoor HVAC unit (remove debris and rinse gently)
- Replace or clean HVAC air filters every 1–2 months
- Inspect visible outlets and switches
- Clean appliance filters and vents
- Check weatherstripping and seals on doors and windows
- Check drainage around the home
Summer
- Monitor HVAC performance and airflow
- Replace or clean HVAC air filters every 1–2 months
- Check for drafts or uneven temperatures
- Inspect decks, fences, and exterior surfaces
- Test garage door operation
- Check under sinks and around fixtures for leaks
- Inspect hoses and connections on appliances
- Flush water heater
- Clean dryer vent and ducting
Fall

- Test heating system before colder weather
